Fruit juice was an option that could not be ruled out. My mother used to squeeze fresh juice of fruits available every morning. My mother would then give it to all of us and insured we drank it, the problem came when it was to be stored for a longer period of time. Baby Corn Pasta Salad

You Need:

1 pound cooked ziti

1 cup cooked asparagus

1 can baby corn, drained

1/2 cup diced oil-packed sun dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup bottled Italian or Caesar dressing


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add asparagus, corn, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley and toss to combine. Add dressing and toss to coat.
